Dianabol: cycle for 5 weeks (70 Dianabol) ( 1 dianbol = 2 anabol)

1st week 2 dianabol daily (befor bed)
2nd week 2 dianabol daily ( before bed)
3rd week 2 dianabol daily ( before bed)
4th week 2 dianabol daily ( before bed)
5th week 2 dianabol daily ( befor bed)

70 dianbol = 140 anabol

vitamin C: 500mg at breakfast and other at lunch then 1000 m postwork


Vita-Zinc: 1 caps. Before bed 45 minutes before bed at empty stomach, drink water too much after half hour of taking vita zinc, at the last week only then continue for another 3 weeks


minravit: daily 1 after with breakfast (or vitamax plus)


B complex : daily before big meal or with lunch (tablets) or
B12 : 1 inj. Per week (5 B12) betlovex is the best and then tri-b and nurobin


Deca-Durabolin: cycle for 5 weeks (12 deca 50mg)
1st week 2 Deca (100mg in week)
2nd week 2 Deca (100 mg in week)
3rd week 3 Deca (100 mg in week)
4th week 2 Deca (100 mg in week)
5th week 2 Deca (100 mg in week)


Creatine: loading phase 20-30 gram a day for 5 days, then 5 mg post-work for 15 days then 3 days rest then another 15 days.on milk or orange juice.

Protein: the serving 200 g., 3 times aday on skim milk, morning , lunch, post-work. (200 gram in all day, 8 scoops=200 gm protein )
